SDD processes account and project metadata required to deliver traceability, collaboration, and billing workflows.

For trial and subscription operations, billing data is processed by Stripe; card numbers are not stored in SDD.

Corporate requests submitted from the website are stored as sales leads for quote follow-up and procurement communication.

Operational audit events (plan changes, trial lifecycle, subscription updates, onboarding milestones) are retained to support compliance and security review.

When a user accepts the Terms of Use, SDD records the user, controlled Terms version and document hash, acceptance time, channel, and a minimized client-evidence fingerprint. This is contractual acceptance evidence, not optional marketing or privacy consent.
